Did you know you can access GP services from your computer, tablet or mobile phone with Patient On-line? You can book GP appointments, view your health record and renew prescriptions. To register for this service please come to the surgery reception for further details. You will need to bring 2 forms of identification (one needs to be photo identification such as a passport or driver's licence) to access this service.
